Once you have received an offer of admission AND accepted it, watch for an email from  This email will contain instructions and a link to complete the online registration/enrollment forms and upload the required documents
Required documents to finalize enrollment:

  • Birth certificate
  • Parent/Guardian driver’s license
  • Proof of Residence (list what’s accepted by the school – including if they need more than one)
  • Immunization (list form and specifics)
  • Physical (list form and specifics)
  • Special Education documents (EP, IEP, 504, ESOL), if applicable
  • Custody court documents, if applicable


After you have submitted the online registration/enrollment, please allow a few days for it to be processed.  Then you will receive a confirmation email from to confirm your child’s enrollment status and if any documents are still needed.
